Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using aicto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

aicto is an AI-powered technical blueprint generation tool. You describe a startup idea; the Service generates a structured technical document covering architecture, tech stack, risks, timelines, and budget estimates.

aicto provides informational output only. Blueprints are directional guidance, not professional engineering, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for validating all outputs before making business or build decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use aicto. By using the Service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5a. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and USD. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5b. One-Time Purchases

The Blueprint plan (₹4,999 / $59) is a one-time purchase. You receive lifetime access to the blueprint(s) generated under that purchase.

5c. Subscriptions

Founder and Studio plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5d. Refund Policy

• One-time Blueprint purchase: 7-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase. Refund requested after a blueprint has been generated will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Subscriptions: 7-day money-back guarantee on first payment only. No refunds on subsequent billing cycles.
• Refund requests: Contact shashank@techflows.io within the eligible period.

5e. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

You agree not to use aicto to:

• Generate content for illegal purposes
• Circumvent or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in bulk
• Share account credentials with third parties (except as permitted under Studio team seats)
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content as your startup idea input
• Resell access to the Service without written permission from TechFlows

7a. Your Content

You own the ideas and descriptions you submit to aicto. By submitting, you grant TechFlows a limited licence to process your input solely for the purpose of generating your blueprint.

7b. Generated Blueprints

Blueprints generated by aicto are owned by you upon generation, subject to your active plan. You may use, share, and build from them freely.

7c. aicto Platform

All software, design, branding, and underlying AI systems that power aicto are owned by TechFlows. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

aicto is provided "as is" and "as available." TechFlows makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any blueprint
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That cost or timeline estimates will reflect actual market rates

Always validate blueprint outputs with qualified professionals before committing to a build.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechFlows shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of aicto
• Business decisions made based on blueprint outputs
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Third-party services referenced or recommended in blueprints

TechFlows' total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Blueprints may reference third-party tools, APIs, and platforms (e.g. Razorpay, AWS, Twilio). aicto is not affiliated with these services and makes no representations about their pricing, availability, or suitability. Any engagement with third parties is solely between you and them.

Your use of aicto is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We store your blueprint inputs and outputs to your account
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• Blueprint inputs may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the AI model
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing shashank@techflows.io

• TechFlows reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to paid subscribers
• We may update these Terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
• TechFlows may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without refund
• Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases; previously generated blueprints remain available for 30 days for download

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
